Job Title: Sr. Order-to-Cash Specialist with German Job Description The Senior O2C Specialist will perform, manage and oversee the end-to-end O2C cycle, ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and timely collections. This role involves mentoring junior team members, handling complex disputes, and driving process improvements to support business growth and working capital optimization. Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities  Lead, manage and perform O2C operations: order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. Perform Manual correction of billing in the system. Perform manual billing as per request of customer service. Issue manual credit notes Previous additional knowledge/experience in Accounts Payable and accounting principles is preferred Perform manual revenue recognition, ensure accuracy of automatic revenue recognition batch jobs. Investigate unapplied cash, ensure all the cash is successfully applied and any partial payments are investigated. Prepare and Review AR aging reports, drive collection strategies, and reduce DSO. Manage customer & internal stakeholder relationships, resolve escalated disputes, and negotiate payment terms. Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/internal controls, accounting standards, IFRS and tax implications. Drive process automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives. Support month-end & quarter-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting to senior management. Train and mentor junior O2C specialists to build a strong team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Treasury, Tax).     Candidate Profile  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.  5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role - Preferable. Deep knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics/SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday). Exposure to global business environments and multi-currency transactions. Leadership and mentoring capabilities - Preferable Advanced Excel and Reporting Skills. Strong command of German Language - Native C2 (spoken and written) and advanced English.
