We are currently seeking a Junior Consultant to support next-generation data center projects . In this role, you will leverage your technical background while building consulting expertise within ERM. This position does not require prior data center expertise; rather, it is designed for early-career professionals with strong potential who wish to grow within the firm. Responsibilities Conduct research and analysis related to data center development projects Support site selection and planning through data collection and preparation of technical documentation Organize and review technical information related to environmental, architectural, and engineering aspects Assist with project management tasks (progress tracking, task coordination, quality management) Provide support to Partners and Project Managers Prepare reports, proposals, and other project deliverables Communicate and coordinate with domestic and international stakeholders Note: Specialized expertise can be developed through OJT and internal training after joining. Qualifications Required Candidates must meet at least one of the following technical backgrounds: Professional experience in architecture, engineering, electrical, civil engineering, or related technical fields Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the above fields (Foundational knowledge of regulations and technical standards is essential.)
