Providing customers with the excellent solutions needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.   Partner with the best As a Field Specialist - Drilling & Completion Fluids, you will provide onsite services by measuring, testing and supervising the running of fluid mixing and pumping, including technical analysis and specific product and practical recommendations for controlling fluid properties under broad direction. As a Field Specialist - Drilling & Completion Fluids, you will be responsible for: Providing on site services by measuring, testing and supervising the running of fluid mixing and pumping, including technical analysis and specific product and practical recommendations for controlling fluid properties under broad direction. Maintaining fluid properties on rig sites by testing fluid properties accurately and maintaining inventory at customer well sites. Providing effective customer service by providing rig-site customers and coordinators information regarding the progress of a rig site and create/implement solutions to rig site problems. Making sales calls on the field and field office level or accompany Sales Representative performing the same function. Providing ongoing support to assist operations in providing our customers the most effective, environmentally safe drilling fluids available while optimizing the well-bore construction process and maximizing our customers' production. Performing other related duties as required. Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. Fuel your passion   To be successful in this role you will: Have relevant Technical Diploma/Degree. Have at least 5-8 years of relevant industry experience and product line training in Drilling & Completion Fluids or Chemicals with customers operation in the gulf of Thailand Have HPHT and deep water operation experience (drilling and completion fluid) Have general product line knowledge in addition to meeting competency requirements as outlined in ACHIEVE LEARNING. Have excellent Functional /Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Teamworking Skills.
