This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Mishima K.K., Global Business Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs located in Mishima and will be on-site. If you thrive in a Supplier quality improvement role and want to work to build a world-class Supplier Quality management organization—read on. 【ポジションの概要】 Supplier Quality Assurance/Control（サプライヤ品質保証/管理） として、ベックマン・コールター・三島のサプライヤ品質グループに所属し、サプライヤの品質管理・改善により、部品品質を向上させる役割を担います。 ※品質関連業務の未経験者可／エンジニアからのキャリアチェンジ歓迎 グローバルに展開するベックマン・コールターで、信頼性の高い品質マネジメントを身につけるチャンスです。 【ご担当いただく職務】 入社後、教育資料の読み込み、先輩スタッフのサポートを担当頂きます。 具体的には、不良発生時の社内対応、不良処理（システムへの登録）、サプライヤへの連絡、原因調査、および対策実施、サプライヤ内の5M変更管理など ※将来的には、上記のリード含め、新規サプライヤ採用時、サプライヤ変更時の品質評価実施（現場監査、工程チェック等の実施） ※国内外の出張あり（最長1週間程度） 【求めるスキル・経験・知識】 設計要求仕様の図面を読める方（形状、寸法、許容差、材料、表面処理等の規定を理解できる程度） PCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPointによる文書作成、データ集計/分析、Outlookによるメール作成、MS-Teamsでのオンライン会議、など） 【語学力】 英語：簡単な読み書きが出来れば可 英語メールや文書を閲覧する場面がありますが、翻訳機能等を使って内容の理解できる程度でOK 日本語：流暢レベル以上の読み書き、スピーキング力 社内文書や規定、サプライヤとのコミュニケーションに必要 【あれば尚可／歓迎するスキル・経験・知識】 基本的な測定知識（ノギス、マイクロメータ等の計測器を使用し、不良箇所を認知できる程度） 基本的な工業/製造知識をお持ちの方（板金、切削、成形等の加工/製造方法の知識） サプライヤの品質管理経験 品質保証業務の経験 ISO監査員資格 QC検定 【こういった方がご活躍いただけます】 所属チーム、社内関連部署、サプライヤとの連携が多いため、相互の良好なコミュニケーションを取れる方 リーダーシップがあり、チームワーク、プロジェクト等を円滑に進めることができる方 自発性があり、自身の目標、タスク等を遂行できる方 情報やデータを整理し、客観的事実に基づいて物事を判断し、問題解決ができる方 【トレーニング制度】 入社後の導入研修あり。ピアアドバイザーによるOJT研修により、3ヶ月から6か月後には独り立ちできる想定です。 Join our winning team today.
