The Programme The SNO Rotational Internship is Ferring's premier talent pipeline, transforming high-potential graduates into supply chain experts. Over 12 months, you'll rotate through two critical functions: Lifecycle Management and Customer Service & Order Management. Programme Structure: Two focus areas (6 months each); Dedicated support with a mentor who will be your main point of contact throughout the programme. Performance-based conversion to permanent roles. Ferring + You Lifecycle Management Manage product lifecycle activities from introduction through phase-out. Work with cross functional teams to coordinate lifecycle planning, product transitions, and supply chain adjustments. Support new product launches and existing product optimization. Bridge between Ferring operations, customer needs and lifecycle initiatives. You’ll develop: lifecycle management expertise, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, stakeholder communication. Customer Service & Order Management Support the customer order management team in ensuring products reach customers efficiently and on time. Learn to coordinate between departments and external stakeholders. Hands-on experience with the order-to-delivery process, inventory management and shipment tracking. Assist with day-to-day order monitoring, document preparation, data management in reports and KPIs. You’ll develop: customer-centric mindset, order management expertise, problem solving methodology  and cross-functional collaboration with logistics teams. Behind our innovation…There's you Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. Graduating in 2025 or recently graduated (within the last 12 months). Fluency in English is Mandatory; Portuguese and other languages are valuable assets. Authorized to work in Portugal for the full 12-month duration. Available to commit to the full program timeline and rotation structure.
