We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Universal Banking team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex banking transformation projects using Finastra’s core banking solutions. You will manage SaaS, cloud, and on-prem implementations, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle implementation of core banking solutions Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements Coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors Manage data migration, integration, and deployment activities Monitor project performance and report on progress Identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance Support business development and contribute to proposals Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field 10+ years in IT project/program management 5+ years managing core banking implementations Experience with platforms such as Temenos, Oracle, or Finacle Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud, APIs, and digital banking Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are a plus Work Environment: A hybrid working model with some travel based on project needs Collaboration with global teams and customers Why Join Us?
