Alcon is seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Sr. Associate, Field Services Operations to support the operational, commercial, and strategic activities of the Technical Service (TS) organization across Europe, integrated into the TS Europe Commercial Service & operations. This role plays a key part in strengthening business performance through data analytics, operational insights, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone with strong data skills, business acumen, and the ability to transform complex information into actionable insights that drive service excellence, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with TS leadership, commercial teams, and cross functional stakeholders to deliver high quality analytics, reporting, planning, and strategic support In this role, a typical day can include: · Develop, maintain, and analyze Technical Service KPIs and business performance reports and dashboards. · Consolidate and interpret data from SAP, Salesforce, and other service platforms. · Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support business decisions and operational improvements. · Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize service delivery and profitability. · Contribute to annual budget planning processes across Europe. · Support the development of revenue and profit increase strategies for the TS organization. · Assist in building and expanding service contract sales, including modeling, forecasting, and pricing insights. · Participate in the preparation and review of TS marketing materials, ensuring their approval and successful implementation. · Support the TS Leadership Team through high quality analytics, documentation, and meeting preparation. · Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for leadership, business reviews, customer meetings, and strategic updates. · Coordinate selected cross functional projects related to service operations, commercial excellence, and process optimization. · Contribute to the calculation and validation of incentive and bonus schemes for TS teams. · Support the development of TS Inside Sales strategies WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON: · University degree in engineering field, management, finance or economics · Strong analytical capabilities with experience in business or service analytics. · Advanced proficiency in Excel (power query, modeling, complex formulas). · Preferrable with some experience working with SAP and Salesforce data sources. · Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to communicate insights visually. · Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and work independently when needed. · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. · Required fluent English (written and spoken), additional European languages are a plus · Availability to travel when necessary HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON: · Manage your own workload and schedule while hitting your set targets · Enrich your experience by having the possibility to be in contact with all European markets and learn the specifics of each of them · Work with Regional Stakeholders that will bring a broader perspective vs market experience · The opportunity to influence and shape the Technical Service strategy for Europe. · A dynamic and international work environment in the world’s leading eye care company. · Growth and development opportunities within Alcon’s commercial and operational pathways. · Direct involvement in high visibility initiatives within the TS Europe Leadership Team.
