Our Values Integrity、Efficiency、Service、Excellence マーケティング・ディレクター（Marketing Director） 職務内容 マーケティング・ディレクターの役割は多岐にわたり、戦略的思考、クリエイティブなビジョン、リーダーシップ、そして市場動向への深い理解が求められます。効果的なマーケティングおよびブランド構築の取り組みを通じて、会社の成長と成功を牽引する極めて重要な役割を担います。 戦略立案・遂行： 高い成長目標と部門KPIを達成するため、マーケティング戦略および統合的なグロースキャンペーンを策定し、リード・実行する。 マーケティング統括： 360度キャンペーン、広告クリエイティブ、メディアチャネルの開発、インフルエンサーマーケティング、オフライン施策を含むマーケティング実行全般を監督する。日本市場においてmoomooの認知度を高め、信頼を築くための市場機会を特定する。 分析・測定： ブランディングのパフォーマンスを追跡・分析し、各キャンペーンの効果を測定する。 グローバル連携・コンプライアンス： 本社と密接に連携し、日本の顧客からのフィードバックに基づいた効果的な提案を行う。また、法務・コンプライアンスチームと協力し、現地の法律およびコーポレートアイデンティティ（CI）の遵守を徹底する。 チームマネジメント： マーケティングチームを鼓舞し、コラボレーションと創造性を促進する。パフォーマンス目標の設定、ガイダンスの提供、およびチームの評価を行う。 経験： 10年以上のブランドマネジメント経験。フィンテック、金融、またはインターネット業界のバックグラウンドを持ち、日本の金融市場とユーザーの行動特性に精通していること。 ネットワーク： 現地の主要なブランドリソース（メディア、広告代理店、KOLなど）との強固なネットワークを有していること。ゼロからのブランド立ち上げや大規模キャンペーンを主導した経験があれば尚可。 スキル： 高い戦略的思考力と実行力を備え、ブランドビジョンを実行可能なステップに落とし込めること。 言語能力： 日本語ネイティブ。かつ英語または中国語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（本社および現地チームと円滑に連携できるレベル）。 マインドセット： 結果重視であり、データに基づいたブランド最適化に長けていること。また、クライシスコミュニケーション（危機管理）の経験があること。 歓迎条件： 外資系ブランドのローカライズ経験、または金融業界での実務経験。
