＜当社の魅力＞ 弊社は、東京都渋谷区に本社を構えるオンライン証券会社です。米国NASDAQ上場企業 Futu Holdings Limitedのグループ企業として、グローバルな金融テクノロジーと先進的な取引サービスを日本国内で展開しています。 香港オンライン証券取扱高トップクラスを誇る金融プロバイダーであるFUTUグループは、香港では成人の約40％が利用する証券取引アプリ『FUTUBULL』を提供しています。その国際版として誕生したのが『moomoo（ムームー）』です。 一般的にはプロ投資家でないとアクセスできないような、様々な金融・投資情報にアクセスできます。 弊社のアプリを通じて、世界7か国、2,500万人以上のユーザーに金融情報・取引サービスを提供しており、投資の常識を覆す黒船的存在としてのポジションを確立しています。 2023年の米国株24時間取引サービスの開始以降、日本国内におけるmoomooユーザーは急増。2024年には日本株やその他資産クラスへの本格参入を果たし、2026年はこれまでに構築した基盤をさらに拡大し、市場でのポジションをより一層確立するフェーズへと突入しました。 現在、ビジネスとプロダクトの急成長に伴い、組織体制の強化と人材の拡充が急務となっており、私たちとともに「最も魅力的で革新的なオンライン証券プラットフォーム」を創り上げていく仲間を募集しています。 ＜組織＞ 所属はコンテンツ部となり、20代、30代を中心に約30名のメンバーで構成されています。当社の主要商品のフロント部門を担当する部署になります。 ＜職務詳細＞ 投資初心者から上級者まで幅広いユーザーに、よりわかりやすく、より効果的にプロダクト機能を届けるため、アプリ機能紹介・投資教育コンテンツの企画・運用を担う。 アプリ内外の各タッチポイントで「moomoo証券の価値」を正しく伝え、ユーザーの理解促進・利用促進・アクティベーションをリードしていただくポジションとなります。 ＜主な業務＞ moomooアプリの各種機能（注文機能、分析ツール、AI機能、学習コンテンツ等）の 紹介戦略の企画・実行 投資初心者にも分かりやすい形での 機能解説・教育コンテンツ（動画／記事／チュートリアル）の制作・運用 ユーザー行動データや市場調査を用いた 利用促進（Activation）・再訪促進（Retention）施策の立案 ローカル市場の投資ニーズを踏まえた、プロダクト改善提案・UI/UX最適化に向けた プロダクトチームとの連携 アプリ内外のチャネル（Push、EDM、SNS、広告など）に応じた 最適なコンテンツ提供戦略 の策定 コンテンツ施策の効果測定（CTR・CVR・利用率など）と、改善に向けたPDCAの推進 【必須条件】 日本語ネイティブレベル 英語ビジネスレベル（HQや開発チームとのコミュニケーションで使用） 3年以上のプロダクト運用、マーケティング、コンテンツ企画のいずれかの経験 データ分析に基づいた課題抽出・改善提案のスキル 複数部署と協業しながらプロジェクトを推進できるコミュニケーション能力 投資（国内株式、米国株式、ETF など）への基本的な理解、または投資経験 【歓迎条件】 金融サービスや投資アプリでのマーケティング・コンテンツ運用経験 投資教育・プロダクトチュートリアル制作の経験 国内 / 米国株式、ETF、投資信託のプロモーション企画経験 UI/UX改善に関する知識や、ユーザー調査の実務経験 【求める人物像】 投資をより身近で分かりやすくしたいという思いがある方 論理的思考とユーザー視点の両方を持ち合わせている方 新しいツール・機能を深く理解し、それをユーザーに翻訳して届けられる方 スピード感のある環境でも柔軟に動ける方 【尚可】 国内株式、米国株式、投資信託の取引サービスに関するマーケティング企画の立案および実行
