Our Values Integrity、Efficiency、Service、Excellence ■業務内容 当社の内部監査業務全般を担当してもらいます。 ・年度監査計画の策定 　 　リスクアセスメントの実施 　 　監査ユニバースの更新・見直し ・監査の実施 　 　情報・証跡収集・被監査部署への聞き取り 　 　監査調書・監査報告書の作成 　 　被監査部署への改善提案およびフォローアップ 　 　外部監査人・外部専門家との連携 　 　内部監査規程・SOP・マニュアル等の改訂・見直し 　 　検査等指摘事項へのフォローアップ ≪必須要件≫ ・金融機関での内部監査実務経験（目安：3年以上）※証券会社以外でも可 ・法令諸規則・監督指針・協会諸規則等を基礎的に理解できる方 ・日本語の他英語or中国語でコミュニケーションできるよう努力できる方 ≪あれば尚可≫ ・公認内部監査人（CIA）、公認情報システム監査人（CISA）、内部監査士（社団法人日本内部監査協会）等の資格保有者 ・ITリテラシー ≪求める人物像≫ ・相手を尊重したコミュニケーションができる方 ・他部署と円滑に連携できる協調性を有する方 ・法令・ルールと実務のバランスを考えた提言ができる方 ・最後までやり遂げる意思と責任感の強い方
