Create and deliver memorable Red Bull experiences that drive word of mouth within On Premise industry communities and generate more love and passion towards Red Bull with them. Support Musketeers, Key Account Mangers, and Distribution Managers on always upleveling HI5 execution in the market. Develop activation tools to drive distribution and accelerate consumption in different POS segments. Be fully responsible for the creation, coordination and approval of tailor-made installations. __ Data Analysis & Market Research Data base management, reporting optimization, Insights generation. Maximize utility of sales data including Bar Supplier depletion data and their distribution progress data to enable On Premise managers to make fast & effective decisions. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities while conducting active research for new business opportunities. Search for further opportunities to off-set money by offering added value to trade customers. __ Art of Musketeering Master the Art of Musketeering, understand On Premise marketing tools and guidelines, and regularly update materials and knowledge for the team. Support Musketeers, Key Account Managers, and Distribution Managers on trainings and continuously coach them to secure a high level of understanding and knowledge of how to implement it into the market. Work with event managers and Musketeers to execute marketing and POS activations at Red Bull events and festivals.
